This wine is made from a mix of Dão varieties, predominantly Touriga Nacional picked manually at an optimum stage of ripeness. The palate shows intense, ripe fruits characters. It is well balanced and has a firm tannic structure. Ready for your immediate drinking pleasure. To preserve its quality, the wine was not cold stabilized and therefore will create a deposit with time in bottle.
